Newark and Sherwood District Council has secured an injunction against an unauthorised development on the west side of the parish.

A copy of the Injunction cab be viewed here: Weston Injunction Order (PDF File, 2,509kb).

The Injunction prohibits any further construction work or the addition of new caravans or mobile homes on the site. If a caravan or mobile home is removed, it cannot be replaced or brought back onto the land.

A further court hearing is scheduled for 10am on 7 May 2025.
